There are many stories to share in a large corporation.  In conjunction with Pepco Holdings in Washington D.C., we filmed employees recounting the 5 biggest wins of 2016 and edited them down into 2-minute pieces. We then illustrated the anecdotes by animating hand-drawn sketches.  The collection was shared internally with over 30,000 employees.  This opened the door to peer-to-peer discussions about best practices, how to's, overcoming mis-steps and the overall corporate culture.
