Humankind Partnership offers the following services for Virtual Events:

Pre-event Consulting Services - Working with client on scope, deliverables, length of event, optimal format and Fundraising and Sponsorship support for non-profits, as requested

Pre-production management - Scouting locations, platform recommendations, editing pre-recorded video elements for inclusion in event production. Custom Video Production for inclusion in Event can also be created.

Collateral Creation - HKP can provide pre-event prep materials, schedules, media, show runs, scripts, and any other necessary materials, as requested by client.

Rehearsal - Rehearsal of all event elements, one week prior to event for a complete run-through with key talent, Honorees, Speakers, (or stand-ins, if necessary).

Day of Broadcast and Event Execution - Produce entire livestreaming event across various platforms with hands-on production staff and technical support personnel.

Creating an Edited film of Event - Used for repurposing across social media platforms, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

This Fundraiser for Shattered Globe Theatre, Chicago included pre-recorded elements, videos and Zoom recordings. We included a countdown clock for early arrivals.

Community Tampa Bay was a pre-recorded Fundraiser that was accessed on YouTube. It had more than a dozen speakers and several videos included.

The Women’s Conference of Florida was a 6-hour livestreamed broadcast with over 2,000 registrants. There were four keynotes, 6 breakouts and sponsor videos. This segment shows one of the Keynote Speakers taking Q & A after her talk.

The Women’s Conference of Florida also had training sessions. This snippet shows both the training session with presenters in two different locations, and a facilitator managing the questions that came into a chat box.
